Gramatan Health Supplies Gramatan Health Supplies Dobbs Ferry, NY Dobbs Ferry, NY Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time From $28 an hour From $28 an hour Gramatan Health Supplies is looking for an Accounts Assistant with Medical assistant background to join our team in the Metropolitan area Responsibilities Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails from customers, sales, and internal departments Prepare and distribute daily reports to management Update and maintain customer records including billing, collections, account statements, and statements of account Maintain accounts in the database of Gramatan Health Supplies Assist with the filing of documents in the company's online office system Perform other related tasks as requested by the Accounts Receivable Manager Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers and patients in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordPerfect.
Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
